Parisian Anniversary Shoot with Blush Wed Photography
Back in October of last year, Phil & Jess flew from Vancouver, Canada to celebrate their 15 year anniversary with a special photoshoot in the City of Love, Paris. We worked alongside the wonderful Kristy from Blush Wedding Photography to design and create a photoshoot around the couple’s love for travel and the finer things in life.
We began with a perfect sunrise photoshoot at the Eiffel Tower, it was breathtaking and a wonderful way to begin their anniversary celebrations in Paris. Jess was styled in a gorgeous, yellow, custom made gown by Paolo Corona and toted a stunning custom floral umbrella was created specifically for their shoot by Akiko, the founder and floral designer of Floraison Paris. The look was modern and elegant, an editorial feel and style from start to finish. Jess’ bright yellow gown stood out against the sunrise and as the wind caught the breeze perfectly, it would billow and look effortlessly romantic. The couple was picture perfection with the epitome of romance, the Eiffel Tower, as their backdrop.

From the Eiffel Tower, the couple traveled to the Grand Palais and the Louvre to have portraits taken. Jess changed into a second custom made black dress with a plunging neckline and pops of ruched material for a classy yet modern look. Phil remained in his sharp maroon tux and the two of them celebrated their anniversary with more amazing photos.
A private helicopter whisked them away from the Grand Palais and brought them to Chateau de Villette for a private afternoon photoshoot. Within this more intimate space, I opted for two additional outfits, both feminine and romantic, by Mae Paris Official and Top Bridal Paris.
To finish out this incredible adventure, the couple welcomed their adorable dog to join them for a few family portraits. Wearing outfits very much wedding-ready and with their fur baby in tow, the couple jumped into a gorgeous vintage car and ventured the grounds and into the chateau for a collection of vintage-style, classic shots. This 15 year anniversary photoshoot certainly highlighted many of the iconic destinations through Paris, and Jess and Phil undoubtedly created many beautiful memories to cherish for many years to come.
